Every Ployed plan includes managed hosting, an SSL certificate, uptime monitoring, daily database backups with 7 day retention and unlimited access to the canvas editor powered by Claude Code. The Build plan at €99 per month is designed for developers who want to create something new from scratch. Build includes hosting on a ployed.ai subdomain, checkpoints for saving your progress, and email support with a 72 hour response time. The Launch plan at €299 per month is for developers who already have an existing app and need a professional deployment. Launch adds a custom domain, a CI/CD pipeline with rollback capability, a staging environment, code review on every merge request, 2 included dev hours per month, and chat plus email support with a 48 hour SLA. The Scale plan at €799 per month is for live products that need to grow, adding dedicated container resources, auto scaling, 4 dev hours per month, proactive security updates, performance monitoring, quarterly review calls, and priority support with a 24 hour SLA.

Yes, you can upgrade from Build to Launch or Scale at any time through your Ployed dashboard. When you upgrade, the switch takes effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. For example, if you are halfway through a monthly Build cycle and upgrade to Launch, you pay half of the price difference for that month. Downgrading is also possible at any time. When you downgrade, you keep full access to all features of your current plan until the end of your billing period, and the lower rate applies from the next billing cycle. If you switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan, you benefit from 2 months free and the Launch Sprint onboarding fee is waived entirely. All plan changes can be managed directly from your billing settings without needing to contact support.

The Launch Sprint is a one time onboarding process that gets your app from repository to production. For Launch plan customers, the Sprint costs €699 and includes a personal video consultation with one of our engineers, a comprehensive repository audit covering framework detection, dependency scanning, and security analysis, the full deployment of your application with Docker containerization, SSL certificate provisioning, DNS configuration, and monitoring setup, plus CI/CD pipeline configuration with automated testing and rollback capability. For Scale plan customers, the Sprint costs €1,999 and includes everything in the Launch Sprint plus a detailed architecture review, a performance audit with load testing, auto scaling configuration, and dedicated resource provisioning on isolated infrastructure. The entire Launch Sprint process typically completes within 48 hours of your initial consultation. With an annual contract on either Launch or Scale, the Launch Sprint fee is waived entirely.

The Ployed canvas editor works with your own agent subscription or your own provider API key. With subscription login, you sign in to Claude or Codex inside the container. With API key auth, we store your key encrypted and inject it only into the runtime. You manage your provider account, we handle infrastructure, hosting, and agent integration.

Ployed does not currently offer a free trial period. You can start directly with Build and use your own coding agent key in a cloud workspace. Connect a repo or start blank, keep working with preview, terminal, and git, and bring a human in when production or architecture gets serious. For paid plans, there are no long term commitments when you choose monthly billing. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard and retain access until the end of your current billing period. If you choose annual billing, you save the equivalent of 2 months of subscription fees and the one time Launch Sprint onboarding fee is waived entirely. All prices are listed excluding VAT. Additional development hours beyond what is included in your plan are available at €115 per hour.

You can cancel your Ployed subscription at any time directly from your dashboard under billing settings. When you cancel, you retain full access to all features of your plan, including hosting, monitoring, SSL, and the canvas editor, until the end of your current billing period. Your application remains live and accessible to your users throughout this time. After your plan expires, we keep your data and deployment configuration stored securely for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate. During this grace period, you can resubscribe and your app will be restored to its previous state without needing a new deployment. After 30 days, your hosting is deprovisioned. We are happy to help you export your data, including your full codebase, database dumps, and environment configuration, at any point before or after cancellation. Your code always remains your property and there is no vendor lock in.
